This dynamic presentation (no-contact) combines core values, a fun and empowering attitude, and the best safety and self-defense methods available to protect yourself and others. Knowing you can handle yourself in any physical situation means you carry yourself differently. If you believe your life is worth fighting for, you’re more likely to stand up and speak up for yourself in all areas of your life. Join this full-contact, adrenaline-based, 3-hour self defense training. No experience necessary. NOTE: This event requires sign-ups ahead of time and is open only to enrolled Columbia College students. Email ccmhservices@yosemite.edu to register.
