Columbia College Scholarship and Awards Celebration

The Columbia College Foundation will host the annual Columbia College Scholarship and Awards Celebration from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, in the Dogwood Forum. Recipients and Donors will be honored at the event. The program includes musical performances, remarks from outstanding students and scholarship donors, and a closing reception with refreshments prepared by the Columbia College Culinary Arts Program. Students, faculty, staff and the public are encouraged to attend.

Begin your holiday season with the Columbia College Community Chorus in concert!  In the first half, the chorus and orchestra presents Dr. Hollinger’s “Gloria” with stirring music for orchestra and chorus. The second half of the concert features traditional Christmas carols settings with unusual rhythms and harmonies plus an arrangement for chorus and jazz ensemble.  Also included will be the chorus’s traditional “Hallelujah Chorus” from Handel’s Messiah, and the ever-popular audience sing-along.
